Cliente:Client: pessoa singular ou coletiva que contrata os serviços, identificada na fatura emitida pelo Prestador.the individual or legal entity contracting the services, identified in the invoice issued by the Provider.
A Orange Penguin compromete-se a desenvolver um website para o salão de beleza do Cliente, conforme o pacote escolhido (Essencial, Profissional ou Premium), descrito em orangepenguin.pt/#precos.
Orange Penguin undertakes to develop a website for the Client's beauty salon, according to the chosen package (Essencial, Professional or Premium), described at orangepenguin.pt/#precos.

Sem pré-pagamento. O Cliente vê e aprova o site antes de pagar. O pagamento é feito 100% após aprovação do site final, antes da publicação no domínio definitivo.
No upfront payment. The Client sees and approves the site before paying. Payment is made 100% after approval of the final site, before publication on the definitive domain.

Atrasos por falta de informação ou feedback do Cliente não são imputáveis ao Prestador.
Delays due to lack of information or feedback from the Client are not attributable to the Provider.
Entende-se por ronda de revisões a apresentação de um conjunto de alterações numa única comunicação pelo Cliente. Cada nova comunicação com pedidos adicionais conta como uma ronda independente.
A revision round means the Client presenting a set of changes in a single communication. Each new communication with additional requests counts as an independent round.
Revisões adicionais fora do plano: €30/hora.

Renovação do domínio + alojamento. A Orange Penguin trata de tudo — recebe apenas a fatura.

Tudo do Standard + 4 posts/mês no Google Business + adaptação sazonal + suporte prioritário.

Cancelável a qualquer momento com 30 dias de aviso prévio. Pagamento único anual. O cancelamento antecipado não dá direito a reembolso proporcional — o serviço mantém-se ativo até ao final do período pago.
Cancellable at any time with 30 days' notice. Annual lump-sum payment. Early cancellation does not entitle to a pro-rata refund — the service remains active until the end of the paid period.
Se o Cliente não aprovar o demo final após as rondas de revisões previstas, o contrato é cancelado sem qualquer pagamento.
If the Client does not approve the final demo after the planned revision rounds, the contract is cancelled without any payment.
A responsabilidade da Orange Penguin limita-se ao valor pago pelo Cliente. Não respondemos por:

A Orange Penguin trata apenas os dados necessários à prestação do serviço (nome, NIF, contactos, conteúdos do site). Não partilhamos dados com terceiros, exceto fornecedores técnicos (Netlify, registador de domínio). Política completa: orangepenguin.pt/privacidade.

Para qualquer litígio, é competente o Tribunal Judicial da Comarca de Lisboa, com expressa renúncia a qualquer outro.
For any dispute, the Tribunal Judicial da Comarca de Lisboa has jurisdiction, with express waiver of any other.
A aceitação deste contrato é feita pelo pagamento da fatura emitida pela Orange Penguin. Não é necessária assinatura física.
Acceptance of this contract is made by payment of the invoice issued by Orange Penguin. No physical signature is required.
Este contrato está disponível em português e inglês. Em caso de divergência entre as duas versões, prevalece a versão em português.
This contract is available in Portuguese and English. In the event of any discrepancy between the two versions, the Portuguese version shall prevail.
